What a joy to be part of such a special moment! This NYC rooftop proposal for Jared and Jessica was flawless and so romantic!
Jared was able to “trick” her into coming under the guise of helping a friend check out a new apartment space! Myself and Sun & Moon Planning already had the space perfectly decorated to create a whimsical feel. Rose petals, marquee letters, candles and photographs of the happy couple set the backdrop for gorgeous photos against the skyline (featuring the Freedom Tower)!
Of course, Jessica said “YES” and we were able to celebrate! Jared’s mom was super prepared for a rooftop engagement as she had an umbrella with the quote “Love is in the air”, and it was! A few FaceTime calls to show off that ring later, and a dress change for Jessica. we grabbed some moody nighttime portraits of the newest engaged couple. I won’t question why Jessica happened to have a summer dress and sandals which she changed into. It was just perfect.
