Love in the City: Danny & Lissette's Elegant Green Wedding in Williamsburg's Giando's
It was so fun to work with Lisette & Danny, who had made it their mission to have a green wedding. This lovely couple chose Brooklyn for their engagement session and wedding, a place that held deep sentimental value for them. Their understated elegance, fun-loving family and heartfelt celebration made this event unforgettable.
Set in one of my favorite Brooklyn venues, with stunning city views, the wedding seamlessly combined urban charm and sophistication. Every part of the day-from the getting-ready moments to the ceremony and reception-was held at this elegant location, making it a memorable wedding.
The bride's prepartations were filled with understated elegance and anticipation. Giando's massive bridal suite offered wonderful window light and a great view of the Williamsburg bridge and lots of windows. It made for easy pictures of Lisette-getting-ready with the help of her immediate family.
Dad was the first male to see Lisette in her bridal attire. She was breathtaking and mom, her sisters and nieces got to enjoy watching the moment. Dad gifted his beautiful daughter a white rose. We also enjoyed watching Lisette's women tribe enjoy the moment, which included her mom, her sisters and nieces. It was truly heartfelt watching all of their natural reactions.
Shortly there-after it was Danny's turn. The couple enjoyed a first look of each other. It was an intimate and emotional moment, set against the venue's lush greenery and striking views. The love between them was palpable as they both looked stunning and the special moment was the start of their big day.
When your couple tells you that one of they favorite activities is to enjoy walks on the Brooklyn Bridge together, the engagement location was an easy pick. We had a beautiful morning, with bright blue sunny skies. It was so fun to meet the soon-to-be-Mr & Mrs at such an epic location. We had such a wonderful time getting to know each other. It's easy to say it was hard not to fall in love with them.
